EMI Locker Pro (operating under AH Solutions) is Pakistan's enterprise SaaS provider for mobile device financing risk mitigation and remote device management. We facilitate authorized smartphone retailers, wholesale distributors, and microfinance credit institutions to protect installment-financed consumer smartphones against default risk.

This Privacy Policy explains how our cloud infrastructure, mobile management software (Device Policy Controller), and administrative web console collect, process, and protect technical telemetry when devices are enrolled under authorized financing agreements.

2. Information We Collect

To deliver remote management and verify installment compliance, we collect minimal, non-invasive hardware and system telemetry:

• Device Hardware Identifiers: International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI 1 & IMEI 2), device serial numbers, model code, manufacturer, and hardware UUID.
• System & OS Status: Android OS version, Knox security framework status, OEM build fingerprint, patch level, and system uptime.
• Network & Connectivity: IP address, cellular carrier network operator, active SIM card IMSI/ICCID (solely to detect unauthorized SIM removal or swap fraud), and Wi-Fi connection status.
• Device Health & State: Battery level, charging status, available storage space, and client app version.
• Geolocation (Authorized Recovery Only): Coarse or fine GPS coordinates, processed exclusively when requested by the registered financing retailer during active installment default or reported device theft.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Data gathered via the EMI Locker application and portal is processed strictly for legitimate contractual financing enforcement:

• Installment Reminders: Displaying automated on-screen payment due notifications, reminder banners, and retailer helpline information.
• Remote Lock Enforcement: Enabling retailers to restrict non-essential apps and dialer access when installment payments exceed grace periods.
• Immediate Automated Unlock: Instantaneous device un-restriction upon confirmed installment receipt or full loan repayment.
• Fraud & Tamper Prevention: Preventing illicit hard factory resets, custom ROM flashing, USB debugging bypasses, and unauthorized SIM swaps.

5. Android Enterprise & Knox Permissions

EMI Locker Pro utilizes standard Android Enterprise Device Policy Controller (DPC) APIs and Samsung Knox SDK integrations. These system-level capabilities are provisioned strictly with the consent of the purchaser during the device financing handoff:

Upon full completion of the device financing schedule, the retailer or distributor issues a Permanent Unlock command through the EMI Locker console. This action immediately:

2. Allows the consumer to cleanly uninstall the EMI Locker application without any lingering locks.
3. Purges active device telemetry tracking tokens from the live production management index.
