Terms and Conditions
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EMI Locker Pro SaaS platforms, client applications, device licensing tokens, and administrative consoles.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By registering an account on the EMI Locker Pro administrative portal, acquiring digital license keys, or enrolling smartphones via our Device Policy Controller (DPC), you ("Partner", "Retailer", "Distributor", or "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you hold the legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Platform Services & Licensing Tiers
EMI Locker Pro grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial SaaS subscription to manage financed smartphones:
Single-store inventory management, QR provisioning, and instant lock/unlock control.
Sub-retailer network allocation, bulk key redistribution, and consolidated EMI telemetry.
Regional master management, white-label branding configurations, and API integrations.
3. Retailer & Partner Responsibilities
All enrolled businesses agree to uphold consumer protection standards:
- Informed Customer Consent: You must explicitly inform the consumer before enrollment that the smartphone is installment-financed and protected with EMI Locker Pro hardware lock policies.
- Accurate Payment Scheduling: Installment due dates, grace period parameters, and outstanding balances entered into the system must reflect actual contractual financing terms.
- Prohibition of Unlawful Harassment: Devices must not be locked outside legitimate non-payment default situations, nor used for personal harassment or coercion.
- Prompt Clearance: Upon final installment receipt, the retailer must trigger a Permanent Unlock within 24 hours to restore unrestricted ownership to the consumer.
4. Device Locking Protocols & Grace Periods
To maintain ethical compliance and emergency safety, EMI Locker Pro incorporates strict technical guardrails:
Even when a smartphone is placed in Full Lock mode due to non-payment, the device dialer remains permanently accessible for emergency calls (including Pakistan Rescue 1122, Police 15, and the registered retailer helpline). Emergency communication is never barred.
5. License Keys, Payments & Refunds
- License Consumption: One digital license key authorizes one unique mobile handset (bound to its hardware IMEI 1 / Serial Number) for the entire duration of its installment cycle.
- Non-Refundable After Enrollment: Once a digital license key has been provisioned onto an active smartphone, that key is considered fully consumed and non-refundable.
- Wallet Balance: Prepaid balance credits purchased through authorized distributor channels do not expire and remain valid until allocated.
6. Anti-Tampering & Prohibited Activities
Partners and end-users shall not:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or modify any APK binaries or cryptographic protocols used by EMI Locker Pro.
- Distribute, sell, or advertise unauthorized "bypass", "frp unlock", or "dpc removal" tools targeting EMI Locker protections.
- Attempt unauthorized penetration testing, denial-of-service, or API exploitation against our backend cloud servers.
7. Limitation of Liability
EMI Locker Pro provides device locking technology as a software risk mitigation tool. While we maintain 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for:
- Cellular carrier outages, PTA network blocks, or nationwide internet restrictions beyond our control.
- Consumer bad debt or financial loss occurring despite lock enforcement.
- Hardware physical damage caused by end-users to their devices.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act and Electronic Transactions Ordinance). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore or Karachi, Pakistan.
